Would i knoe my baby gender im 18 weeks? By drinking cold fluids before they check works?

Before mine I had mcdonalds (not the best but it was early and I didn get to eat and when my lil man gets hungry he makes me sound like a monster my stomach will growl so loud and won't stop till I eat) anyways I had a sausage egg biscuit hash brow and a sweet tea (usually that will get him going or taco bell) and he wouldn't unconscious his legs for my life.  It took forever too get him to open them.  He literally opened them long enough yo get 3 pictures and closed em right back up . But he wasn happy at all about it the nurse kept messing with my belly to get him to move so he didn move for the rest of the day.  Try some orange juice or Apple juice.

I had my anatomy scan at 19 weeks a week ago and they told me they couldn't tell me what I was having or even simply give me a guess because the baby wouldn't stop moving. I had cold water before my ultrasound. To say the least I about cried I was so disappointed. I really hope you have better luck then me just please know they may not be able to get the baby to participate.

Yes, if you were to have an ultrasound they can most definitely tell you as long as baby is in a position that genitals can be seen.  You do not have to eat or drink anything special, it's just asked to be hydrated for the ultrasound. Don't worry about a full bladder or anything of that nature. If they can't get a good angle, they'll give baby a few minutes to change positions and check again.

Yes you should be able to find out I found out at 17 weeks! I drank some cold orange juice and it seemed to work

My OB told me that they would do an ultrsound when I'm 15 weeks to tell me the gender.

Drinking cold water, (ice cold) and eat something sugary like a bunch of lollies before hand, plus massage your tummy gently and it should wake him/her up!(:

Really if You Want To Find Out Now , They Coukd Tell You...All You Have To ado is Go To The Hospital and Tell Them You're Having Abdominal Pain (it Works)
