25 weeks. help please

My stomach just got really really hard. Has been like this for 10 mins. I'm scared. Could it just be the baby's position?

But with twins so I feel this harden earlier than you
Now I can't sleep well at night because of harden big abdomin
I hope we will be safe till due date
