spotting

hello im 21 yrs old, and i believe im 7wk's and 3dys pregnant this is my first baby, today around 8pm i noticed sum very light pink spotting this has happned twice already and only when i go to the rest room, i whiped and found some very very light spotting yesturday, then today it was a little more pink but still light, then started the mild cramping like im about to start my period or somthing, today should have been the day finished my period... or so i think, im worried cause iv read that it can be an early sign of a misscarrage, but at the same time can also be normal... im freaking out... when should i really start worrying?? and what is normal and isnt?

Pink spotting is normal but the time you do need to worry is  when it turns bright red and heavy. Bleeding can also be normal but only if it's light and you don't get much cramping. If you do get worried though contact your dr/midwife and they'll be able to put you at ease

If your too freaked out i recomend a trip to the emergency room. I spotted at seven weeks and they were able to see a healthy baby. I actually spotted when i was supposed to get my period if i wasnt pg. A trip to see a doctor could ease your mind. Good luck
