Breast Feeding question ..

so before my baby was born I decided not to breast feed . now after the baby I'm producing so much milk I want to try it but I haven't been on the best diet , basically my question is does it really matter what you eat to breast feed and do you also have to keep taking your prenatals ??

You can google what you cant & can eat on google. Ikno that you need like 200 calories more when breastfeeding & yes , have to take your prenantal.

As long as your eating the usall amou.t of vegies and meat and some fruit its fine:) and no you dont have to take your vitamins :)
