what could this possibly mean

ok so a couple of nights ago i squeezed my nipple nothing out of the ordinary but this time when i squeezed a little bit of clear sticky like fluid came just a little though im 20 years of age i have missed my period last month and the month before that it came late wasnt regular and now this month it hasnt showed yet  but its only the 16th usually comes in the 20ths is there a chance that something can be wrong with me i took a test but came back negative like should i be worried.

Discharge happens pregnant or not--I'm not currently pregnant and can express a similar liquid. If you suspect pregnancy, you need to test and/or see a doctor.

Your boobs shouldn't be leaking that clear fluid until about 20-25 weeks if you are pregnant.. go to the doctor!!!!

I'm only young and posted a question myself but from what I've learned in parenting class, you REALLY need to go to the doctor and get a blood test because it sounds to me that you are pregnant ! If you are and thats what you want then congrats :) But sometimes the Hcg hormone doesnt get detected because of the levels ! Good luck
