I'm 35 weeks pregnant and my back hurts so bad I can barley walk and I feel like I'm having menstrual like cramps they don't last long but still hurt bad. Went to the hospital n they said they are not picking up any contractions and can't give me any meds for the pain!! Wtf who said I wanted pills? I kno what contractions feel like this is my fourth kid they said its jus uterus irritability not contractions ... Said to walk more. They checked my cervix its still closed n 50% effaced  at stage 3.  Idk what to do now I'm goin home n so much pain on the bus. No I don't want any type a pills but I kno I'm having contractions .

u could try icy hot patches if they r making it hard to sleep... otherwise my family swears by this technique, have sex and then put yr legs in the air for 10mins and next day u will be having a baby. that is if u want baby out

Im so sorry that your in pain and they didnt even do anything. Almost the same thing happen to me. I went to the hospital at 1am because of contractions they send me home, they said they couldnt do anything, the thing was that I had been bleeding since 3pm. I knew something was wrong. They discharge at 4:30am I had to go back to the hospital because now the contractions were unbarable. When I got there at 6 I was into active labor. Try drinking water idk if the weather right now in youe location is hot, but dehydration can cause contractions, take a tylenol maybe that helps.
