sex before period

my friend had unprotected sex 2 days before her period but she got her period on the expected date. she had sex on august 16 and got her menstruation on august 18. she is worried that she might be pregnant because she's feeling dizzy, abdominal bloating, uti signs and symptoms and back pain. she has 28 days cycle for menstruation. i told her she's not pregnant but i decided to ask you to confirm. thanks

It's not possible to be pregnant AND have a period. It's possible to have light bleeding or spotting in early pregnancy, which some women mistake for a period-  like the poster above - but this is not a period.

You're friend isn't/can't be pregnant. 2 days before the start of period isn't a women's fertile time, and although sperm can live inside for 2-3 days this will likely be washed out along with her period, so pregnancy isn't possible here.
