Stretch and Sweep thoughts =]

Hey all im 38+4 and im 2cm dilated my cervix is soft but still long... i had a stretch and sweep today and afterwoods when i went to the toilet i had lost a big ball of snot stuff? whats peoples sucsess rates of stretch and sweeps??? =]

The reason that no one has responses to your post could be that you aren't on as active a board. Also, a lot of people will not agree with you trying to get pregnant as a teenager and will not give advice with how to achieve that.

I had my cervix swept with my daughter, then the next night was intimate and went into full on labor all in all about 48 hrs or so after the sweep.. But everyone is different.. Walking can also help:) Good luck to you and congrats!!!

Keepin mind, even without stripping the membranes, your cervix can change in a matter of hours. (:

that would be some of your mucus plug that you lost :) I've never had to have one and I think the success rate varies depending on how soft your cervix is, so its good that yours is soft already :)
