38 week ultrasound?

Is it routine and normal to get an ultrasound at 38 weeks? My dr said I should go ahead and schedule one.

And to check if there's enough amniotic fluid. If it's below a certain number,  they will probably induce you

Yep...totally normal...they wanna make sure baby is head down :)

Probably just to see if the baby is breech or not seeing as your probably due soon, some doctors always do it, others dont. My doctor said he'll do one so if he is still breech, i have time to go to a specialist and get him flipped.
