5 1/2 weeks and....

Hi, I have a couple quick questions. My first is I am 5 1/2 weeks and still no morning sickness, is this normal? Only sore breast and cramping here and then. I just wanted to know is it a bad sign if I haven't had morning sickness? And my second question is I have very bad allergies but refuse to take any medicine to clear it because I don't want to harm the baby. Does anyone know what could help my allergies without medicine?

Thanks ladies, for the answers and I'm glad I'm not alone with some of this. It's my first pregnancy and I have tons of questions! Plus my doctor won't see me till 8 weeks so its hard no knowing what's normal or not. But i seem to get better answers from the ladies who are actually going through it! And oh thank God I will get the allergie medicine you ladies recommended a lot seeing is its the most recommended. Thank you again and hoping all of you have a safe and healthy pregnancy!

Im going through the same thing, I'm 6 weeks and no morning sickness just cramps every now and again. I thought something was wrong, good to know I'm not alone in feeling this way.

I had no morning sickness! Im 22+6 and I take zyrtec. My doctor told me this allergy medication isn't transferred to my baby. But I know not all are like that so just talk to your doctor!

I didnt start getting sick till around 8 wks. So juss wait for it, but u might also not get sick, evef pregnancy is dif. And I have allergies rediculously! Im 18wks today, and still have them, I take Zyrtec and Tylenol w//o caffeine in it. :)

dont speek to soon :) I didnt get morning sickness untill I was like 8 weeks. thought I lucked out. nope lol. but mine wasnt really morning sickness it was all day nausea. I would of rather thrown up then feel like poop all day.

Also 5 1/2 weeks n same thng no morning sickness just cramping n tenderness so u ain't alone sister meaning its got to b normal lol also my bf has horrible allergies n we have a humidifier that helps him jus keeps moisture n the air good luck tho

Everyones pregnancy is different. It is ok and lucky u for not having morning sickness! :-) I had it my whole 1st Trimester. Sore breasts are common too, Mine were up til about 4 months. Cramping isnt bad as long as youre not bleeding. Sometimes it can mean u need to drink more watet. They say to drink 64oz a day. I have horrible allergies my OBGYN said I can take Zyrtec, tylonol, and use nasonex. But if you are uncomfortable taking meds, Netty pots are awesome to clear sinuses just make sure u use distilled water, take the prenatals they should help some, decaf teas are soothing either chamomile or peppermint with honey, OJ is always good! Drink lots of water!

YES, IT IS NORMAL. SOMETIMES YOU GET NO SYMPTOMS.
