Had my first ultra sound today I'm approximately 4-5 weeks pregnant the size today was 0.44mm which I've read is under growing rate. I have read myself to death about miscarriages and other situations, and help with easing my worries and fears ?

Aww hun i was exactly the same. I actually didnt know i was pregnant went for a transvaginal scan as had been having some pain & found out then! I was 5 weeks that was feb 14th. I'd had a m/c in dec so was terrified of even sneezing but the more you stress the worse it is. Just try & relax & everything will be fine. If you read everything out there then i'm sure you'll find something to panic about as i'm the same so my advice is don't! Lol. Congrats hun :D xXx

I Was the worst about google when i first got pregnant and I drove myself crazy! I have learned to put down the books.and get off the internet and.to occupyyswlf with other things. I also set little mile stones for myself that I could look forward too lime the 2 month mark at 8 weeks, 12 weeks when the miscarriage rate drops..etc. little goals and lots of distractions!

Maybe you should think about the positive things! I was the same way when I found out I was pregnate. I just keep a positive mindset and think about the good times you will have with your baby. I am 11 weeks today :) and everything is good so far! Positive thinking, positive outcome. Try and stay safe and healthy !! :)
