5 weeks pregnant ....at least i think?
I'm 5 weeks pregnant, and have been spotting for the last weeek. The last 2 days the spotting increased to bleeding, but with NO PAIN. Went to the ER yesterday, they couldn't find the baby on the U/S (they also to me that my uterus is retroverted). Plus my BHCG is 69.2. The only thing that there worried about is why am I bleeding with no pain, and my BHCG. I have to go back in 2 to 3 days to repeat the BHCG and the U/S. I'm worried at this point, the day before I had an U/S and the saw the baby. Does anyone have a clue as to whats going on? I have no idea, but just to pray in the mean time.
Some ultrasounds are more sensitive than others and at 5 weeks the baby is very hard to see. My guess is that they may have just missed it and bleeding in early pregnancy is actually quite common and if you aren't cramping that is a good sign.
many women have bleeding in the begining of the pregnancy.It could be the same for you too. They might have missed the baby because of bleeding.
