BFP and scared ********...
ok so this morrning i wasent feeling myself kinda sick so i figured why not just take a hpt and it was POSATIVE... no im kinda worried to tell dh becaues i told him i wasent even sure that i had ovulated this month... i was taking opks and never got a posative so we didnt avoid anydays thinking well if im not fertal then its not going to happen... boy was i wrong...and we didnt plan on trying again this soon... were obviousely going to keep it theres no debate on that i just dont want him to feel down ...no doubt hes going to be schocked!
thank you all for the congrats! see thats the thing i have been haveing irregular cycles since having DD 14 months ago and i know that there are some months that i have not ovulated so when i had no posative opk i figured it was just another one of those months..but none the less im so excited its started to sink in now that number 2 is on the way! i pray that it sticks ive had a few m/c in the past..

Some women have a very small window within which an OPK will be positive -- for me, it's only between 2PM and 6 PM the day before I ovulate. So, really easy to miss if you test at the wrong time. Unless you have irregular periods and thus have a reason to think you didn't ovulate one month, you should always assume that you did if you are using the rhythm method...
Anyway, good luck and have a happy & healthy 9 months!

I can see why your scared! Think I would be so close together but congratulations, just think of the positives your babies will be so close in age n hopefully will have such a close relationship! I think I want mine close in age ( thats if its dec2010 u had it last)

Just try and remember how blessed you are to be able to concieve so easily. Some of us try for years every time and have to get outside help. This is a huge blessing and I am sure he may be shocked but there is no greater gift :)

Congratulations on your pregnancy! How strange you never got a positive on the OPK I guess that's why they say not to use it to prevent pregnancy.
