5 weeks

Hey, I recently found out that I am 5 weeks pregnant for the first time. My boyfriend and I have been together for 5 years and it seems soo unreal. I was wondering if any of you have any helpful hints for the first two months of pregnancy. Like what I can and cannot eat, to what type of things to look out for?

Just eat healthy! Drink plenty of water and enjoy the ride :) exciting. Congratulations

Try to eat lots of green leafy veggies like spinach,gives you natural folate which is essential for pregnancy and baby! Also lots fruits and veggies. ..these are nutrient dense and beneficial to both of you! Stay away from processed foods as much as possible. ..lots of unhealthy ingredients in them. Especially processed meats with nitrates and nitrites these are cancer causing!  Garden of Life makes a great Raw prenatal from organic whole food sources and it is non GMO!
