i am 4 month pregant and i have been spotting on and off for most of it but want till just now i am bleeding a lot and wondering if it will pass on its own or do i need to go to the hospital like my b/f keeps saying i should

I would go to the ER and get an ultrasound done so they can check on the baby.

If you are spotting or bleeding anytime during pregnancy, you should contact your doc or if it's really bad, just go to the ER. Sounds like it's been happening a lot, so I would go and get checked out as soon as possible.
