Do squats as many as you can! I kno its hard with a big belly but they help a lot bc they open you up as ypur putting pressure down. Also go up and down steps like starirs. And keep walking. I havent done this my self bc im bearly on my first pregnancy at 34 weeks but My friend did all this when she had no sign whats so ever of labor and sure enough she had her baby girl 2 days later not just her but also my aunt. Try doing any exercise that is not to uncomfortable for you all this week im sure youll have the baby on your due date if not before, there is YouTube videos on different works outs you can try just put exercises to induce labor naturally and lots of them come out. Also heard castor oil helps on that just look it up on Google

I'm 2 almost 3cm dilated and have been for about a week now. My last appointment I had a membrane sweep, and since then have taken multiple long walks, eaten spicey food and had sex. Still nothing! I'm 39 weeks and just want to have my baby now!

I'm 4cm dilated since last week and lost my plug Christmas Eve and still losing it but no baby yet! I was really constipated and tried spicy food last night and I finally got to poop (tmi) but still no sign of baby. So sick of this I've been sick literally the last 2 months of my pregnancy between sinus infections, upper respiratory infection and now found out I'm positive for the sweep. I'm going to try sex tonight, so ready for her to come out :(

I've tried everything possible for weeks now. I'm now 39 weeks and 4 days and still pregnant. He just doesn't want to come out... I'm starting to believe nothing truly works till they're ready. :( I even had a membrane sweep.

With my first baby I looked up ways to go into labor two days before my due date and I found a couple videos about massaging certain pressure points and I don't know if that's what caused my labor or not but sure enough 48 hours later went into labor n had her on my due date and it says it takes anywhere from minutes to 48 hours
