7 weeks preg and feeling depressed

To: Stickers, Sarah1013 and JoyRenee

Hi Ladies,

I'd like to thank you for your responses the other day. Believe you me I now understand what my sister is going through. I've being trying my best to give her space and giving her time to heal from her loss. Even though it's a bit difficult not to talk to her about my pregnancy and changes that I'm going through cause she's like the only friend I have except the father of my baby. The other thing is I've been feeling a bit depressed for the past two days. Could this be normal?

Try not to concentrate on the depression as this is not good for both you and the baby, make an effort to engage in things that will take your mind away from whatever makes you depressed.
