just curious?

So a friend of mine told me that i dont have to wait two weeks to take a test because the pregnancy hormone would be in my body. is this true? or do i still have to deal with the dreaded tww:( let me know thanks all

Well I detected ovulation on the 6&7 of this month and the OPK told me to take a test in 14 days which is 2 weeks so I guess yes wait because it is possible if you test too early you could get a false negative and noet the prenatal care you need at the time you need it or do some thing to harm the baby like if you are a smoker or drinker and are considering quitting. Until the egg implants into the uterus, there is no hCG hormone in your body which means you can't test. Most women have a luteal phase of 14 days, and this is just a precaution so that you don't test early and waste money and/or disappoint yourself.
