Worried about a 4th c- section!

I am a SAHM of 3, the youngest one is 6 months old.  i am late on my period and i've taken 2 home pregnancy tests and both were positive.  all 3 of my girls were c-section (first one was an emergency) and of course the last one was only 6 months ago.  i know i will definately have to have another c section and i'm really, REALLY worried about the risks invovled!  Have any of you had up to 4 c sections?  or can possibly reassure me that i'm just being a worried mother?

that's what my worries are...  rupturing, operating complications...  i don't want to think about that stuff but i can't help it.  i just took the HPTs yesterday so i haven't made an appointment yet.  i need to make my daughter her 6 month checkup appt first!

if they surgeries will be 15 months apart does that year for healing still apply if it falls w/in another pregnancy?  i know its better for the surgeries to be at least 18 months apart (well, a little safer anyway).  our 6 month old was 19 months apart from the middle child... and then the middle one was 2 years apart from the oldest.

does anyone think it would pose a problem on my actual pregnancy, or just the delivery (operation)???

You need to go talk with your doctor about the risks, I know some say its ok and others worry a bit more. My only concern is it posses a challenge for you having a baby less than a year ago could possibly put you a bit higher at risk.

usually a year for healing is a good rule to follow after having a c-section. I had 3 myself. None so close together. had one in 1996, 2000, 2003. The doctors worry about the uterus rupturing seeing how the area had been opened 3 times. It is quite possible it won't have a effect on you. Ask your doctor for a for sure answer. Best of luck to you:)
