Am I in labor?

I've been having contractions all day.. they were 10 mins apart and now there roughly 5 mins. This is my second child so I kinda know what to expect but I'm still not sure if i should go to the hospital yet..What should I do?

If they are 5 min apart and so strong you can't talk through them, then I would go. How close are you to your due date?

Go when they are 3-4 minutes apart

usually, if they are a few minutes apart, regular, and lasting about 45-60 seconds you should go to hospital now, give time for travelling if your hospital is a bit of a drive away. good luck x

Call a L&D nurse/doctor and ask them. They'll be able to give you the best advise and what you should do.
