Did i misscarry???

I think i had a misscarrage my last peroid was 14th jan i got a blood test done on 16th feb came back poss hsg lvls 8.6 on the 19th feb i woke up with blood wen to hospital said all was fine got ultra sound done 2day 21st did not see a fetus i should be about 5-6 weeks...... i went to eps at hospial and she she its likly im NOT pregnant that i had misscarraged she took bloods and ill find out 2morrow morning if i am preg or not my bleeding has settled down to just light since yesterday but has anyone herd of this happening to them and it being a faulse alarm and they were still preg please can someone give me good news

thank you both and im sorry that anyone would have to go though this and get an ultra shound at such an early stage durning pergnatcy as it u can get fulse hopes but i thought id just update you and let u no i had a misscarrage but im doing ok we will try again after may as thats when our wedding is thank you for ur help

At 5 weeks, all that was seen on my ultrasound was a gestational sac with yolk sac (no baby).  I had another scan at 6 wks 3 days and there was a fetal pole with a heartbeat.  Beta hcg levels are the best way to find out what's going on.  If they are doubling, that's a good sign.  Good luck!

Several ladies have had that happen and stayed pregnant. 5 weeks would be too early to see a fetus on an ultrasound. Don't panic yet!
