miscarriage?

I have one son who was a healthy pregnancy only other pregnancy I an pregnant with my second and I went in for my first ultrasound today according to my lmp I should be 9 weeks and 2 days baby measured exactly 6 weeks and had a heartbeat I'm sure of my lmp but I had just gotten off birth control I'm so worried also I've been having symtoms such as bad morning sickness so I'm hoping that's a good sign I'm hoping my birth control delayed my ovulation had anyone else been throu
gh this?

Thanks for the info I'm just one of those people who tends to worry the first trimester is hardest on me since I can't feel the baby yet

I was also sure of  lmp.

My period and ovulation was off. At my first  Doctors visit I was suppose to be 9 wks but was only 5wks. Im now 14 wks and everything is normal!! Im sure everything is okay :)
