Definitely tums, I just recently had acid reflux&was told to take tums

Yes, it's safe. I had a pre exsisting acid problem before pregnancy, my dr told me zantac is the safe over the counter medicine to take. I only take 1 pill per day and it works great :-)

Zantac....it's ok per my dr and I take it daily. It works great!
