I lost my mucas plug yesterday I'm having contractions but their still not regular, now I'm having lower back pain. I'm 38+1 do you think he'll be coming soon.

I got contractions at 38 weeks..... but it all stopped
At 7pm after having them all day.... I'm not 39+5
And baby still not arrived yet... I'm getting a little
Frustrated.

It took me over 3 days with both my pregnancys, all you can do is monitor your contractions, if your waters haven't broken your fine, just a waiting game, try get as much rest as you can your gonna need it. Good luck x

Well not my docs but my family lol let's just say it works though! My sister in law recommended it because she did jumping jacks and the next morning her water broke and me I did them then a couple hours later my water broke lol so I think it seriously works

Oh also once I lost my mucus plug I crawled on all four and did jumping jacks.. I found out after that I shouldn't have done jumping jacks lol than my water broke a couple hours later(:

I lost mine Saturday and went into labor Monday, my water broke though and that's how I knew I was in labor(: good luck!

Thanks ladies. My husband works out of town and is a good 3hr drive away he comes home friday thru Sunday so would be nice if it would happen this weekend

hopefully you wont be too far away now, I would suggest keeping upright and as active as possible, this will encourage baby into a good position and also gallow gravity to do its job and hopefully get those contractions working abit better, good luck

Just keep an eye on your contractions I lost mine and was induced a week later everyone is differant congrats and good luck
