I know how you feel before I got pregnant I had no stomach only boobs and butt lol and I want to go back to that after. I know about the potato girl that actually made me want one right now haha
I was 135 pre pregnancy and now I'm 39 weeks amd weight 187 ! I know the babgs about 8 pounds plus with water weight and placenta is a extra 5 pouds so I plan to diet and excersize hopefully it works I want my body back !! :(
Oh ok! And yea I like my fruits and vegetables. I love baked potatoes, but of course with butter cheese sour cream, you know all the fat stuff! Thinking I should download a calorie counter and get a scale :/ lol
Lol same here nothing wrong with being a fit healthy mom
I'll be breastfeeding so I won't be dieting I'll be working out since the place I will be living has a gym. I weighed 125 pre pregnancy when I found out I was pregnant with my first and gave birth at 140 and shortly after my girl turned 3 months I found out I was pregnant. Weighing 135. I'm 36 weeks 6 days and I weigh 163. Lol I will get my old body back.
@Lucy Marie I'm dieting two weeks after my baby plus this diet isn't strict you're still getting all your vitamins, nutrients that your body needs.
No problem you're fine a belly band you basically take it and wrap it around your stomach it helps to shrink your stomach and uterus back down after the baby, honestly with eating right just try lots of fruits and vegetables I don't eat fried meat only baked or grilled, and lots of water but we all have those evil cravings lol
Nine months on, nine months off. Not really a good idea to diet straight after birth.
What is a belly band?? Im so dredging weight gain! I try to eat right but all I want is cookies and cinnamon rolls. Lol I was 160 pre pregnancy and only 5'2 as well, but I lost like 15lbs in the beginnin, today I'll see how much I've gained :/ what's the best way to eat right during pregnancy?
Sorry for bombing on your post, lol just a good topic.
Oh my goodness hopefully I can make it
I'm telling you it's hard. You will feel sooooo hungry.
I'm definitely up for the challenge hopefully I don't fail
Yeah research the keto diet, also it boosts it up with taking fat burners as well as on the diet. Even better if you work out too. I was training to be a fitness model before I got pregnant so I know a ton about health. My husband is a bodybuilder as well so i'm pretty educated on it.
@doulamommy I'm not breastfeeding and @Courtney I know I wanna stay between 125-135
Thanks I'm going to research that anything that will help.
I plan on going on a diet lol I was to lose a bunch of weight (healthily of course) Im 18 and i weigh 194 and im 5'4..i started my pregnancy at 174...I want to lose a bunch of weight until like 150-160 and keep it in that range
Not a good idea to diet if you're planning to breastfeed because baby still needs extra nutrients. I'm overweight to begin with and gained close to sixty pounds pregnant with my daughter. I breastfed for over a year, and got down to my pre-pregnancy weight (without dieting or excessive exercise) by her first birthday.
I got on a diet. I was all belly and lost all of it in a week, but I still have the little baby fat that i'm trynna get off of me, been in the gym too. A good diet to burn fat is called the keto diet. Very strict, and not easy but really works.
