All day all night sickness

Hi all, I am currently 6 weeks pregnant and have been suffering with nausea since week 3. Its got worse and worse to the point now that I'm struggling to eat or sleep (but have not actually thrown up). I've tried drinking plenty of water and ginger biscuits but nothing seems to help! Any advice?... am now getting quite worn down by it!

I suck on peppermints. I work in a kitchen so they save my life at work! I basically graze all day otherwise i start feeling sick.

In some cases (like mine), there's nothing you can do. My first 3 months I slept all the time and puked continuously, also lost weight and didn't start gaining it back til 21 weeks.. if its any consolation, my second trimester was amazing :), barely looked pregnant and full of energy. I would just hope it goes away if nothing you're doing helps.

I'm just now getting over the worst of my morning sickness. I lost over 15 lbs in just over 2 weeks. Milkshake helped me out. They are light enough to not upset your tummy but heavy enough to stay down. You have to drink them slowly though. If its still that bad, you need to talk to your Dr so they can get you a prescription. It works but didn't get mine until the worst had passed. Hope you feel better soon!

I'm right there with you!  I'm sick everyday for most of the day.  I went to babies r us and got the preggy pops.  They were about $4.99 and I also bought the acupuncture bands (12.99).  It's two bracelets that you wear on both arms and the help manage the nausea!  Worked wonders. Still get a little nauseated but no where near as bad.  Hope this helps!
