So about 2 weeks ago i started feeling really stuffed up at night were its difficult to sleep ive been using nasal spray is that safe and will this go away after the firat trimester?

Your nose starts to get stuffy as your blood volume increases, but it should go away relatively soon.

Nasal spray is safe according to my midwife.
And it might go away, it might not.
