Pregnant coworker

So there's this coworker that is pregnant for her second time.
When she first started she was around onths.
We got to talking and she had said she's getting a c section . Found it weird how she knew so early.
She then told me she demanded to get one because there was no way a baby was going to make her vagina nasty as hell.
I'm like , you laid down to get pregnant but won't do the one miracle some women are blessed to do?
Makes no sense .
Any one thinks different ?

Lol I totally agree with you ladies.
It's just the way she said and what she said, really pissed me off.
Even with her first child, she had a csection.

I think its her choice. But she has a stupid reason. O had my son vaginally and this one hopefully will be the same. But my vagina didn't get nasty. My vagina is still amazing.

Wierd,  I guess she'll be ok bearing the pain afterwards with the c-section. I personally like the fact I can be up and about with vaginal deliveries but I guess to each their own.  :/

My SIL elected a caesarian with her second because she has a traumatic birthing experience with my niece. Some drs will let you choose but most won't (usually they try to keep below a certain % of their births c-sections otherwise they get looked into by malpractice boards and the hospital) the US in particular used to have a huge issue with all women wants cesarians and now they are pretty closely monitored for how many they do and for what reason. Usually you need some kind of medical reason or special circumstance to elect one though.

I don't think it's weird I think it's her choice and if she doesn't wanna deliver natural then she shouldn't have to idk I guess cuz everyone is different I'm all about everybody making their own choices and just being happy lol

I personally would avoid a c section at all cost but think everyone has the right to choose their own way
