tmi but just wondering if it's normal
36+2 And I get a sudden urge to go poo out of nowhere at least 3 times a day. Even if I haven't eaten very much it just hits me out if no were ! My tummy will cramp up and I just can't hold it. It's uncomfortable.. is this normal ? Does this happen to anyone else and do you know why ?
I have noticed that I've been pooping more often as well! But it's never painful or anything.
