9 weeks pg. am i worrying too much?

i know my body will be experiencing alot of different things..but lately ill get these horibble throbbing almost pinching pain on my right side by my ovary..and sometimes my ribs hurt which is weird because im not even that far along..but somedays i feel so bloated that i feel like i look pregnant should i look pregnant if im not even out of my first trimester..and i feel nauseated constantly when my head hurts! and i eat a decent amount of food a day but if i dont every like four hours i get these horrible pains and they make me so nauseas..i especially get them in the morning..but should i already feel this hungry all the time? im trying to not gain excessive amounts of weight so i dont want to constantly eat..

only you knows your body. the pain is more than likely ligaments rounding, & everything is stretching. plus everything is going to be moving up to give the baby room :) & it's normal to look pregnant, i was showing with my first child at 8 weeks. even though most of is being bloated. & if your hungry you should eat, the best thing to do is to eat 6 small meals a day, so it's more like snacking through out the day, just make sure what you eating is healthy for you & the baby...
which honestly i ate whatever i wanted. & gain 65lbs, & lost it all by the time my son was 1 month.. just stay active, that's the best thing for you.
