im 36wks and 3cm dilated and 100% effaced which means my cervix is 100% thinned out, it just needs to dilate and then its pushing a baby out from there! lol
It will be begin to happen at some point but you never know when. Your doctor will begin to check you at about 36 weeks. There is nothing you can do to prepare. Everyone begins to dilate & efface at different times. It's just depends on your body & your baby when it will happen for you.
Does this happen at a certain week ? Im 32 weeks should I be gettin prepared for tht ?
