I would prefer things like this instead of drinking teas and stuff like that but I wonder how come doctors dont recommend it at all thats what is making me ask if its not aafe
No doing things like that are going to be the best as well as walking and bouncing on an excercise ball and sex anything where you aren't actually putting things into your body
I've done it n started having contractions n dilated...but it something that needs to be done for 30 min or more....and most doctors dont recommend it soo I stopped
