Help and advice plz ladies!!

Hi Ladies as u know im trying for my 2nd child now and i am  7dpo today.  for the past  few days iv been having cramps lower bk ache in my left side only for sum strange reason and  feeling very hevay dwn below as if im  due to come on  but im not due on my period till the 24th jan. also the pst 2 days i have  still been getting cramps and i have also started feeling a little sick! and today  iv got diarrhea. tmi i no sorry ladies. so  do you think these are gd signs of ealry pregnancy or am i building my hope up to much??

Also ladies is it normal to get a higher temp  than  my  ovulation?   before my ovulation  my temps was 35.5c and the day i ovulated it was 36.7c and  then it stayed in that area roughly.  although i did have a dip. and then today my temp has gone higher than my ovulation temp. my temp today was 36.9c, and i know im not ovulatin. so any ideas on that?? thanks

Honey, I know it's hard not to think about it all the time, but overthinking it really might stress you out :) Try to relax and not think too much about it.  It's okay to be excited and hopeful, of course! Hey, this month could be your month and depending on when you had intercourse, these could be signs of pregnancy, but relax and test yourself as soon as you miss your period :) Good luck!         All i want to say is stop stressing over it and just wait, i know its hard to say but i will be testing on 1/22 and has an appointment on 1/20 and hope for good news. But i also have been having the same symptoms as you as the days goes by; but i'm not wishing to much cause i had a m/c since aug08 and still not pregnant and just tired but don't want to give up. So goodluck and just hold on theres nothing else you can do. Let me know how it goes SSBD to you
