It depends on how much you weighed before your pregnancy. I weighed 170 before I was pregnant and now at 35 weeks I'm 190

I weighed 184 at 8 weeks. And I'm doing pretty good now and I don't exercise. I'm 30 weeks. Its up to you though just ask your doctor before you start exercising they may not want you to start exercising that early on. (:
