Anyone ever gotten pregnant with an IUD in?

I have the paraguard copper iud and have had it for 5 months now. Every month my period comes like clockwork. I don't spot or bled in between periods and when I get my period it is extremely heavy (a known side effect from the iud). This month things have been a little bit weird though. I spotted maybe a quarter amount of red blood about a week and a half ago. The spotting only lasted for a couple minutes and then disappeared as mysteriously as it came. I figure it could be because of sex despite the fact that I don't usually bleed after sex but that is what I wrote it off as. Plus I know implantation bleeding is so rare that I just shrugged the whole thing off. Well I was supposed to get my period on Monday and yet it is now Wednesday and I have nothing. Two days isn't that weird to be late I suppose but I get it every month at the same time. The last 3 days when I wipe it sometimes looks like it might have the slightest amount of pink but then the next time I use the restroom it won't. So my question is... has anyone ever gotten pregnant while having an IUD in place? I know it hasn't slipped since I make DH check the strings at least once a week. If I dont get my period in a week I'm going to test.

I've never know anyone to get pregnant on the IUD, and the one who did, didn't realize the IUD had gotten knocked out of place/they couldn't find it.
