Unprotected Sex While On Birth Control, And Later Given AntiBiotics?

I need help so badly! So someone please answer as soon as possible.

I am 18 years old, and my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex (we always use a condom, but just didn't do it last night). I have been on Loestrin24Fe Birth Control for about 7-8 months, and I have never missed a pill...ever. So, after we had unprotected sex last night, I went home and took my birth control as usual.
I got my wisdom teeth out this morning, so I was put on Penicillin to help with the numbing and pain and overall, surgery discomfort. I took my first round of it this morning (I need to take it 4 times a day until this coming Tuesday).
Does this mean I can be pregnant!?! I'm completely terrified.
I'm continuing to take my birth control everyday, even though I've heard antibiotics cancel out the pill. What should I do!?
I'll take as much advice as possible! THANK YOU!!!

I would say that you want to be extra careful in a situation like this. I think that if you are terribly worried then definitely try the 72 hr morning after pill and then make sure if you are having sex it needs to be protected sex for the next two week at least, after you stop taking the antibiotics. You probably don't have much to worry about but my first little boy was conceived on the pill so it definitely can happen.

I would do the morning after pill if you are worried about it. I had unprotected sex while on birth control and was prescribed antibiotics for broncitis and ended up getting pregnant because of it. Only difference was I was on the antibiotics for a couple months so it had time to render my birth control ineffective. Sperm can live for up to 5 days in the perfect environment so there is always a chance that you could get pregnant from it.
