Yes....it only takes one sperm to fertilize an egg so that was more than enough. Please think about having sex at such a young age. There are many things that come with having sex that you are not ready for. Don't rush growing up. It will come soon enough.
off course you can get pregnant half a teaspoon is like over average for a 13 year old boy to ejuculate
