im so frustrated, all the signs were there

As you ladies now, i have been taking metformin to help me ovulate and conceive.
I had two successful periods and on the third month i didnt receive a period.
I started receiving all the signs, sickness, tiredness, implation bleeding, offish eating and even some cravings.

For the last three to four days i have been being sick in the evenings not long after eating.
I woke up today in a pool of blood.

i went to docs two weeks ago to do a pregnancy test because i had done two but they both said negetive but my result came back as an urine infection. i'm taking antibiotics but pregnancy friendsly.

im so frustrated and confused, i dont know what to do.

Does anyone have any suggestions or advice that could help me please

thanks xx

There are a lot of things that can cause pregnancy-like symptoms and it sounds like this was the case with you last cycle (infection caused symptoms and delayed your period).

Now you are on metformin that will regulate your cycle and greatly improve your chances of getting pregnant.  At best, you have a 25% of conceiving each cycle so its not unexpected that you wont get pregnant straight away.

I do hope you get your BFP soon - sending baby dust your way.
