im seeing my own doc today at 3.10pm the others were not from my doctors, they asked me questions at the scan like ''when did you have the depo because im checking your womb lining'' so i told her then asked if all ok she said ''i dint say it wasnt'' SO TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK!!! lol its like talking to a brick wall, and then you get things like ''well its rare to get pregnant on the depo'' explained about the unprotected sex part but its like they dont want to give you an answer to anything, when the ambulance took me to hospital they took the pot with what i passed in it,nobody even cared about it,it was sat on the bed next to me,i had to ask somebody to look at it!! nobody gave a dam x
Hun you need to demand to speak to someone else, they have no right on lecturing you.how dare they.did they not say anything to you at the scan.I would seek a second opinon.sorry your going through this.dont leave that doctors hun without answers.
thankyou so much i just feel im going mad or they think im mad,ive just managed to get into the doctors hopefully i will find out what the ultrasound says,i know what i saw but because others dint see it with the sac intact and just a peice of liver i feel im not being taken seriously thanks again and sorry for your loss too x
I've had 2 miscarraiges and only the second time did I actually see a sac. I fished it out of the toilet and brought it to the doctor in a specimen cup they gave me for that purpose. The first time I didn't see any sac and went to the ER where they seemed kind of dismissive like I wasn't pregnant to begin with but they did acknowlege that if I had a positive pregnancy test previously, I was definetly miscarrying. I hadn't been to the doctor for the pregnancy yet, though, so it seemed like I was just going through it all without any help from the doctor.
It sounds to me like it may have been a miscarriage but without a positive pregnancy test, I don't know if there's a way to know for sure. I think what's important is how you feel about what you saw. If you know you saw a sac, then it is a miscarriage. If you aren't sure and don't feel it was a miscarriage, then it wasn't. You know your body best as to what's "normal bleeding" and what isn't.
I'm sorry it's happened to you, though. I know these things are very difficult emotionally, especially with the not knowing for sure. There are some miscarriage forums here for support and to connect to others who have been through it.
i was took to a and e and all the doc wanted to do was lecture me on smoking!! i couldnt believe it,i think they thought i was mad,ive just had an ultrasound done 2 weeks ago but as yet heard nothing,i kept asking questions but nothing, its like nobody wants to answer, they checked what i passed and said its nothing!! whats nothing!! it was definatly something for it to pass, and the pain, blood etc,a preg test showed negative but i miscarried 2 yrs ago and the same happened the 3 positive tests then started to bleed within days the tests were negative so hospital wouldnt see me,im so confused
Im surprised no one is giving you any answers, here in the uk,they are pretty hot on things like that,Did Have they done any testing to see what it was.I know 3 times out of my 6 losses, they tested all pieces.I would suggest you speak to your doctor and insist on some answers.
im so sorry i seem to be in the wrong forum,im new to this
