3 hour glucose test
So tomorrow morning I have to take the 3 hr glucose test and I dont know what to expect..... dr said to fast 8-10 hours but im wondering if water is okay??? And anyone else do this test..... pointers? ??
I've done the 3hr test twice in this pregnancy. It always comes out better than the hour one
Actually I only took one test, and it was actually only two hours long! LOL had blood drawn on arrival at 8:15 then drank the drink, then had blood drawn again at 9:15, then again at 10:15 and left!
My nurse said I could drink a little water but not to over do it.. and all it consists of is drinking some really sugary kool-ade tasting drink and having blood drawn three times lol nithing to worry about!
