It's a part of pregnancy. Baby is crushing our bladders. And it only gets worse as you get further along. Usually for me it's only a tiny bit so I wear a pad or panty liner. Since idk about you but I get a lot of discharge which makes my underwear gross anyways so the panty liner helps with that too.
They say doing kegal exercises helps. Where you squeeze almost like your stopping from peeing. I have no idea tho.
I use a pad now, especially since I am further along now it's much more common! She's sitting on my bladder just about do this start around 24 weeks. I am now 34 weeks and climbing out if bed is a struggle not to tinkle myself lol
I've done everything from Kegal (spell check) to muscle building and exercises and it's just no luck for me.
