Agreed- small amounts of caffeine will not harm the little one, and may help you feel better! Ginger Ale did wonders for me in the 1st trimester when I felt nauseous.
I was also told 2 small Diet Pepsi's per day (I don't do coffee)......
no problem. :) My last ob was a VERY cautious woman... this pregnancy. I've been known to drink 1 energy drink (small one) a week. It really helps me get over my slump. it also helps that it only has 120mg caffeine.
yah i've been told 2 cups aswell :) But thank you for the information...that was a question of mine aswell :)
mine told me 2 caff bevs a day is fine.
