Swimming is actually good for you while you're pregnant. It relaxes the muscles and takes away back pain. Good exercise also.
My doctor has reccommended that I go to get the baby from laying on my back so much lol just no hot tub, it can induce labor.

I went quite a few times with my 1st. When you later in the 30s week the buoyancy is awesome not feeling the extra weight of baby is nice.

My doctor told me to not swim in apartment pools simply because theres alot of people that use them and theyre dirty, but if u go right after it gets cleaned then i dont see why not

Swimming is perfectly safe as long as your water isn't broken. I participated in a pregnancy water aerobics class when I was preggo:)

Yeah I know what you mean lol I'm 35 weeks today. And on this app it says like 42 percent of women have contractions in week 36 so I'm getting reallyyyy nervous.

I heard swimming was great to do while pregnant and I don't see how you would swim with out a pool or an ocean. So I say go for it just make sure that it has been cleaned to decrease chances of infection from dirty water.

I wana know to because I'm about to be 33 weeks as well. I've been wanting to swim because I'm in hot AZ, but i don't wana get any infections or swallow pool water by accident.

I live in an apartment complex myself and loveeee going to the pool. I haven't ever heard anything bad about it. But I get my exercise, have fun, and keep my baby weight on track! :) as far as I know it's fine, never even thought anything of it. Just definetly don't go into a hot tub is what I have heard.
