My sister has pcos and carried her pregnancy to full term with no problems. It's good to check for blood when you go to the bathroom. If you catch a problem, like a tear in the the uterus, early it can be fixed.

I have pcos and am now 32 weeks pregnant. Unfortunately it's a waiting game. Take care of yourself, slow down when you feel that you need to but otherwise enjoy the pregnancy as much as possible. I know it's hard to do but try not to stress. (I'm still trying to deal with that one! Every time I go pee I still check for blood when wiping). But if this baby was meant to be you and he/she will make it thru. Tag me if you have any more questions.

You can't get an at home Doppler to check the baby's heartbeat. The only thing about a Doppler is, it can be very hard to find the baby's heartbeat early in the pregnancy.
