i got into the hot.tub tonight... my dr said i can for only 10 to 15 mins and i was but what im nervous about is that my tummy is tightening up a lot and my baby keeps moving idk what it is im glad hes moving but when i get up i cramp :/

You should never get in a hot tub while pregnant! Very surprised your doctor gave you the ok for that. You should really consider calling the doctor or going to ER to be checked. It's a possibility you could be experiencing preterm labor. Don't want to scare you, but I have a history of preterm labor and it is better to be safe than sorry. Get checked.
