speed up labor, NOT getting induced

My docter said if i dont go into labor by this week, i will be getting induced on the 22nd. I really dont want to get induced.
Heard of any things to do to go into labor ???

Sex is probably your best bet. Someone told me the seamen thins your cervix and the orgasm can stimulate contractions... Just a thought ;)

Not in the mood for sex at all, lol, and when i eat spicy food, i get heartburns, but i will try the squats and walking. Thanks girls :)

Jalapenos, try eating Moroccan food, anything spicy helps.. Sex .. And walking helps too..
