Baby is small and they want me to get induced

Well today the doctor told me she wants to induce me because my baby is to small and my fluid has decreased and I don't understand much why but she doesn't want me to pass 39 weeks as I am 38+1 and she wants to induce me this Friday if my fluid decreases more has this happen to anybody??? I am due July 7

Yes it's important if fluid decreases. My moms did with my brother and they induced her too. But you're already almost due, baby should be just fine so don't worry.

Yes. Im going thru the exact same thing except my fluid is fine. I get induced monday at 38+2. I was against it at first but realized its whats best. Keep us updated momma! Praying for you

On Friday you will be 38 +4 u will be so close to 39. Thr baby should br just fine. Just brcause he is a low weight doesn't mean his organs arent matured. My daughter was 6lbs 2 ounces and perfectly healthy (: try not to worry so much

I was 39 weeks and they induced me... they told me my baby wasnt growing no more.  He
Came out 5lbs 13oz 21inches and bilabilateral clubfoot.

A friend of mine just had her baby a month ago for the same thing and she was only 37 weeks . It's best for the baby to be and not stay in much longer . Since your fluid is decreasing .

Hi there.  I'm sure this was a little shocking to you and I think it is natural it would make you worry.  It sounds like your doctor has a good plan and all will be fine sweetie.  AND, you get to hold your little baby that much sooner.  :>)  Good luck hon
