Ok so I was eating breakfast I made pancakes with bananas and so half way finished I get this really bad pain like above my belly then I felt like I was gunna throw up so I go to the bathroom and I almost did but then it went away I'm 20 weeks pregnant could something be wrong?
Does it feel like the onset of heartburn? I get an ache sometimes that feels like my stomach acids are about to make their way up, but it never quite happens.
