Movement Cycle

I am 21weeks and I was just wondering if the baby has ceratin days where she moves a lot and certain when she is very mellow. My baby is usually active but yesterday she was very calming only moving a little I was wondering if this is normal?

It's normal. Some days your baby is going threw growth spurts (and at that stage they are still small enough to find places to hide where you wont feel them moving) and when they do that it usually makes them more tired and so they don't move around where as maybe it a couple days she'll be all over the place!

That is very normal. I go through that a lot. The past 2 days my baby has been very active, and today seems quiet. Only felt him/her a couple of times so far. Don't worry!  They are just like us. Some days we are very energetic and others we are tired. =)
