When do i feel flutters?

Okay so shoot me but im on my third child and im almost 14 weeks preg now with my other two i cant remember When i felt them so does anybody know when i should feel baby move?

I started feeling things around 14+ weeks and my midwife said that was her moving as she couldn't find her heart beat as she wouldn't stay still.

They say 18-20 weeks. But it just all depends on the person. Im 20 weeks with my first and i feel a lot more than just flutters. I feel feet digging in and a head on the other side.
